Ticket Sales & Entry to Eats & Beats Fest 2025:

Any competitions or promotions involving tickets require prior written consent from Eats & Beats Fest.

Access to the festival grounds is permitted only with a valid e-ticket or wristband. All individuals attending do so at their own risk. Eats & Beats Fest and affiliated parties are not liable for any injury, death, or damage to personal property, regardless of cause, including negligence.

Eats & Beats Fest is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles, goods, or belongings of attendees, exhibitors, or staff.

Glass containers are prohibited on-site, and we ask that you leave items like aftershaves and perfumes at home.

Once a ticket is purchased, it is non-refundable. Please ensure you review your order before completing the purchase. If you're unable to attend, we suggest transferring your ticket to a friend or family member.

Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Photo identification may be requested at the box office to verify age. Additional information may be required post-purchase to prevent fraud and ensure ticket validity.

The festival lineup and site layout are subject to change.

As the festival takes place on grass, please be aware of uneven surfaces.

Dogs are allowed on-site during certain times but must be kept on a leash and behave appropriately. Attendees are required to clean up after their dogs.

Unauthorized recording of the event is prohibited. All images, videos, and audio recordings are the property of Eats & Beats Fest, although personal cameras are permitted.

By entering the festival, attendees consent to interviews, photography, and audio/video recordings for promotional purposes by Eats & Beats Fest and its affiliates.

The sale or distribution of alcohol to individuals under 18 is illegal. A Challenge 25 policy will be enforced, meaning staff may ask for identification from anyone who appears under 25. Refusals will be recorded and reported to appropriate management.

Dangerous, intoxicated, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the festival grounds without refund. Eats & Beats Fest reserves the right to refuse entry or eject individuals for inappropriate conduct, intoxication, or suspected drug use, with no refund.

Trading in public areas or festival grounds without written consent from Eats & Beats Fest is prohibited.

Eats & Beats Fest reserves the right to enforce additional restrictions or conditions before and during the event to ensure the safety of all attendees.

Eats & Beats Fest disclaims responsibility for any misrepresentations, negligence, or losses stemming from the actions of venues, performers, exhibitors, promoters, or others.

Eats & Beats Fest is not liable for loss of enjoyment, profit, or any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

These terms represent the entire agreement between the attendee and Eats & Beats Fest, superseding any prior agreements, and are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts. By attending, attendees agree to the jurisdiction of these courts and waive any objections related to jurisdiction or venue.

Social Media Competitions:

Employees of Eats & Beats Fest and anyone involved in the competition, including their family members, or anyone helping organize the competition, are not eligible to enter.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash equivalents.

The entry deadline will be clearly stated. No entries will be accepted after this date.

Eats & Beats Fest is not responsible for entries that are not received for any reason.

One entry per person is allowed. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

Eats & Beats Fest reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms at any time, with notice to entrants.

Eats & Beats Fest is not responsible for incorrect prize details provided by any third party involved in the competition.

Winners will be selected at random, and the decision is final.

Winners will be contacted via social media. If a winner cannot be reached or fails to claim the prize within 7 days, the prize may be withdrawn and awarded to an alternative winner.

Prize tickets will be sent to the winner via email. Eats & Beats Fest is not liable for lost or stolen prizes.

Winners agree to the use of their name and image in publicity materials. Any personal data collected will not be shared with third parties.
